CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We do care and appreciate your choice of privacy for our future relations.

We at 'Webuplus' believes in helping all customers as far as possible, and has consequently prepared a thoughtful refund and cancellation policy. We have very diverse refund and cancellation policy to make better relationship with our clients. There may be some case of customer dissatisfaction due to many reasons . In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

If you are not completely satisfied with our Webuplus services, you may be eligible for a refund (pro-rated) by sending your request in writing to our support department within thirty (30) days of completing your new order. All other sales are final, i.e. domain registrations, Reseller Hosting, Dedicated Hosting, Bulk SMS, Bulk Email, Website Designing, SSL Certificates, etc. are non-refundable items and will be deducted from your order total, before you receive your pro-rated refund. You must also state a detailed reason as to why you are cancelling (as we request for any cancellation). We are the sole arbiter as to if your reason is a valid reason and if all possible steps were taken on your side and on ours to correct the situation causing the interest to cancel.

CANCELLATION POLICY
  1. 1) Domain Name Registration Services : Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "cancelled" until the duration of the domain term has expired. Domain names are controlled worldwide by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN ) organization and we do not have any control over

  2. 2) You have right to cancel your purchase within 24 hours, of placing the order for your purchase. You will be eligible for 100% refunds for such cancellation.

  3. 3) Cancelling the order after 24hours, you will not be entitled for refund of the advance payment.

  4. 4) No cancellations are entertained for those services that the Webuplus had offered on promotional offer / special occasions or Discount period. These are limited occasion offers by the company and hence cancellations are not possible in any conditions.

  5. 5) No cancellation are entertained for those services that the Webuplus have already rendered / submitted to client.

REFUND POLICY
  • We will try our level best to offer quality services that matches for our clients.
  • In case, any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund. All refunds will take maximum of 30 working days to process and it will be refunded in your account either by Account Credits or direct deposit in your bank account.
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same Bank account.
  • The refunds can also be issued to client as per their convenience on E-commerce payment website i.e. (PayTM, Phonepe, paypal, BHIM app, or any other e-commerce payment method)
  • Domain Name Registration / Domain Transfer or other domain related services is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "returned" until the duration of the domain term has expired.
  • There are no refunds on dedicated servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases. Refund requests for shared and reseller accounts after the initial 30 days non-conditional money back period will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.
  • There will be no refunds for any third-party service already provided to you. As Webuplus has no control over any third-party Service refunds policy.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
  1. Logo / brochure designs.

    • √ Full refund: In cases where the project has not been started or if the initial design style has not been approved.
    • √ Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.
    • √ No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server.
  2. Coding / Web programming

    • √ Full refund: If the project has not been initiated.
    • √ There is an agreement for every web programming project. However, if there is no agreement and no clear discussion of refund policy, the following delivery policy will hold true.
    • √ Partial refund: will be issued as per the judgement of the service provider if we fail to complete the project in accordance with the delivery policy and contract of agreement. The amount will be calculated by Webuplus taking into account the proportion of the project completed and the proportion yet to be completed as per the pre-defined scope of the project.
    • √ No Refunds : If the project is completed and upload on the server. No refunds will be given For the time that the services have already been provided. If the client is not satisfied with any level of work, he must immediately bring it to the notice of our project manager and ask for any discounts for the work loss. Any negotiations at a later date will not be entertained.

    UPDATING POLICY

    Webuplus group & service retains the right to modify provisions of cancellation or refund policy without giving prior notice.
